Yes, it is absolutely possible to recover all user accounts using Backuply backups.

You simply need to sync the backups available on the remote server to the new server. Once the remote backups are synced, you can restore the accounts directly from Backuply.
Please refer to the official guide for syncing remote backups, after which the restore process can be initiated seamlessly.

Hi, do you have a roadmap with what you plan to implement, and a tmeline on when releases will be issued?
