It seems that you have installed OpenCart in a sub directory "ocart" when installing it via Softaculous.
Please remove the installation from Softaculous
http://softaculous.com/docs/How_to_remove_a_installation

and then go to the install page and install OpenCart again and make sure the "In Directory" field is left blank. This will install OpenCart on the root of your domain.

I installed WP multisite using the auto softaculous and then after uninstalling it manually without ticking the auto box. Both times i have had the same issue.

New sites added as sub domains appear to be successful as they appear in the network admin.

When i click to visit a sub domains own dashboard i get a 404 and if i click to visit the site it comes up with the 'Index of /'  message showing the cgi-bin and no wordpress site.

I have added wildcard domains through cpanel.

If you need more info to help me then happy to add it but thought i would try to keep it short to start with.
