According to the Installation guide, I am to check if the install.php is in ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser folder. It is. Directions say to run in cmd "path/to/Ampps/php/php.exe" -c "path/to/Ampps/apache/php.ini" "path/to/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php" I typedC:\>C:/Ampps/php/php.exe -c C?/Ampps/apache/php.ini C:/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php The error message I recieve isThe application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. I am installing Ampps on Win Server 2008 64x and I have alreading installed the C++ Redirecting Thank you for anyones help.
