Looking into the possibilities for successfully deploying Clipbucket (to be installed as a Webuzo Application) on a Webuzo Amazon EC2 cloud server to be we have the following questions:

1. is it possible - and are other Webuzo EC2 server users already doing so (?) - to run Clipbucket on the Webuzo EC2 cloud server?

Could other Webuzo users please post there Clipbucket experiences and/or required configuration steps here ?

2. do we need to additionally install ffmpeg / flvtool2 / mp4box and what other 'packages' (?) for this on a standard Webuzo (CentOS flavour) Amazon EC2 cloud server (set up via the Webuzo Cloud Launcher) ?

Or does the Webuzo/EC2 server already include all the necessary packages and correct settings by default ?

2. having read somewhere that various required php functions like exec() and shell_exec() need to be enabled by the webhost would you be willing to do this?

3. could please you create a 'tutorial' or outline in detail the required steps for deploying Clipbucket on Webuzo ?

Would we on Amazon AWS need Amazon Cloudfront CDN for a good (video) content delivery also in the initial (testing) phase ?

Thanking you in advance for your assistance !

Yes , Clipbucket can certainly be installed on Webuzo EC2 serve.

Webuzo does not provide the above mentioned packages pre-installed. You will have to additionally install the same.

>> various required php functions like exec() and shell_exec() need to be enabled by the webhost
Webuzo does support exec() and shell_exec(). What issues are you facing because of the same ?

Sir, Webuzo auto-installs Clipbucket, however the outlined requirements need to be fulfilled:
http://docs.clip-bucket.com/clipbucket-installation.

We shall have it documented ASAP.

Thanks for your reply.

Will you then document (write step by step instructions please) how to install the required dependencies on Webuzo EC2 as listed (http://docs.clip-bucket.com/clipbucket-installation)

When will this become available ?

I am waiting for this as I plan to set up a Webuzo EC2 server ...
