Hi,

Can you please confirm that all ports from 4081 to 4085 are open on your WHMCS server ?

Actually, I have the same issue.

Even disabled the firewall to see if that's the issue, and it's not.

Hi,

Can you confirm that you are able to make a curl call from your WHMCS server to your Virtualizor server ?

You can use this command to check :

curl -k "https://<virt-server-ip>:4085/index.php?act=login"

You can check "Disable Server Location" settings in Configuration >> Master Settings >> End user settings to disable google Maps from Virtualizor and WHMCS End user panel.

Hi Asim,

How was this issue resolved? I seem to have run into this problem too! I can't quite figure out what has caused it. I too can curl call from my cPanel server but still don't get any plans or node groups showing.

Hello Joshua,

Your issue is due to WHMCS 7 version.
We will be testing this new version and releasing it soon
