Also do you cover for paypal fees? Meaning we send $2.5/mo inclusive of the paypal fees?

You will have to update the IPs in the client center.

Yea I did that. i mentioned that in my post. But after updating, i can still see the premium version in the old server even if the ip is already different in the client area

Please run the following command to update the License:
root> php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php
