Is the PHP Stack supposed to automatically updated when a new version of the stack is available?

ie.  5.4.23 to 5.4.24

or do you have to uninstall and reinstall the PHP Stack?

I'm showing PHP Stack 5.4.23 in 'Software Info' and 5.4.26 is available.

Thanks

Thank you for the quick answer, and one additional question.

Will any changes to the PHP configuration be saved? or will they need to be reapplied after installing and reinstalling the PHP Stack?

Thank you.

The configuration changes will be lost as the entire package will be removed and installed over again.

It is recommended that you backup your changes and restore the same.

Uhm, this doesn't sound appealing.
Why cPanel can manage this and Webuzo can't?
thanks

We shall make a provision for the same very soon.
Apology for the inconvenience.
