Hello ...

: softaculous is not appearing in Cpanel i cant see it there at all.

And when i go to the URL http://XXXX:2082/frontend/x3/softaculous/index.php

it works, but when i click on something for installation i get :

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the Server Admin.

Please help :)

Can you see Softaculous in you WHM.
If yes, Go to Softaculous -> Softwares
Then at the Bottom click on Update Settings
It will download all the files.
Also which version of cPanel are you using ? Is it 11+

yes its version 11.24.4 WHM/Cpanel.

I did :

If yes, Go to Softaculous -> Softwares

Then at the Bottom click on Update Settings

It will download all the files.


but its still saying the thing about INFO.XML

and also the softaculous icon is not showing in cpanel :S

As per my observation this is bug cause my 3 servers showing same Error.
