This is getting very redundant for me having gone 2 months now and still no websites viewable by public ip

I have re-install Virtualizor twice, I have created and deleted and created again and again the VPS's. I keep being told by Virtualizor support that I need to purchase a private ip and that may happen in the future!

But for right now nothing is working properly still and my monthly charges are due again with no results. I certainly am not going to spend any more money until I know this works.

I have gone to webdnstools.com and have fixed all of my errors I believe but for one:

Check Mail Server Greeting    The mail server was not contactable. The response was Cannot connect SMTP servers: mail.charmedbyme.com.    Fail

This is related to not getting ports to open in Virtualizor. My port are open in my VPS's I have followed the instructions and have edited EXIM & DOVECOT config files.

I need to get these sites up and running or I will have no choice but to cancel my subscriptions and use another company! No more run arounds, no more sending me back and forth with the excuse it's Vitualizor Support problem to NO it's Webuzo's Support Problem to NO you need a private ip to No it's....understand. I cannot wait up all night and hope I can talk with support, I also work all day, too.

Hi,

You are facing this issue because you again and again create, delete and again create VPS's on your local IP. Due to this your VPS's needs to be configured again and again.

If you wish we shall issue you a one month trial license but if you rebuild your VPS again and again your will have to configure your VPS from start all over again.

Can you email your issue regarding which you are required to again and again re-install Virtualizor and Webuzo at sales@virtualizor.com and sales@webuzo.com so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
