Can't Download AMPPS (4 Replies, Read 3820 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	Hello. I have tried several times to download AMPPS to my 10.6.8 Mac but get the message "The following disk images cannot be opened. Reason is image is not recognized." Do I need to download Softaculous before downloading AMPPS? Please advise; I really would like to start downloading Drupal or WP so I can start creating a site immediately. Thank you! Sheila

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I've been having the same problem for months, and never got round to reporting it. As every time I tried to download it, the download would cut out before finishing properly. I'd suggest using a download manager, as it seems to me like the download server is incapable of maintaining a connection long enough to complete. I've just tried iGetter, and it seems to have worked. Hopefully it will for you too. Good Hunting
