The License Key you submitted was not found in our Database. Please make sure you entered the License Key and not the IP. The License key can be found in your Softaculous Admin Panel

The IP address(s) - 173.252.216.202 - are already assigned to a Free / Premium Softaculous License. If its your Free license IP then first Add the License in your My License Page.

Hi,

I have assigned the license to your account. You should now be able to Purchase Softaculous.
Also for future reference you may refer to the following guide on how to add a license to your account:

I thought this would be a good area to post this.

I purchased a one one trial license and added my IP address to this trial license.

I then purchased a license (didnt upgrade the trial license) and added my main IP address to this license.

I then tried to add the IP address which i asigned to the trial license and received the following message.

The following errors occured :


  • The IP address(s) - xx.xx.xxx.xx - are already assigned to another Softaculous License.

How do i remove my IP from this trial one month license and add it to my main license

Please PM me the IP address that you wish to remove I will remove that IP from the trial license.
