It is my 3rd time in a week that I am contacting support. There is nothing I can do but contact them to fix this, they don't explain how they do it, only they know what they do and they never tell you what went wrong.

Now one more time and another issue, after installing any app in softaculous I see error "
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.

Very frustrating it is....

You can follow this guide:

http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Category:FAQs#Internal_Server_Error

If the issue still persists then probably there is a default installation of Apache(httpd) on your server which conflicts with the Webuzo's Apache Binary.

Webuzo requires to be installed on a minimal CentOS server with NO third-party applications installed.

http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Install#Requirements

Quick FIX will be to remove the default installed Apache service:
Code
Root > yum remove httpd

Remove and install Apache over again using Webuzo
Guide : http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Install_System_Apps

>> they don't explain how they do it
Could you please point out your Ticket Number ?

Apology for the trouble caused !!!

Ticket 125821.

Sir you had opened the Ticket with the "Softaculous" Department instead of "Webuzo".
We have transferred the department to "Webuzo".

Make sure httpd is not installed by default, and remove it before installing Webuzo.

Code
Root > yum remove httpd

Hope it helps \m/

I reinstalled Webuzo, then removed Apache by command in advice above. It still didn't work and I was getting "Internal Server error" .

From Apps in Webuzo I removed Apache and reinstalled it. Now I can see browse added domain. Did I did it rightly ?

Do you have Python2 installed from Webuzo ?
Remove and Install it over again.

Restart Apache from the terminal
Root > service httpd restart

If you still face the issue, please submit a support ticket with the root details of your server and access to your Webuzo Enduser Panel, we will resolve your issues and provide you the steps as well for resolving the issue.
