trying to run the autoinstaller of WHMCS, but it seems to work.

I followed the instructions at the bottom of the letter:

It does not work and does not show error.

Create the website but does not install the application and does not generate a debug error, it is as if the module does not work or was not active.

I would appreciate your help

Does it work with version 5.0.3 of WHMCS?
Will this module must be activated? setup> Addons Modules (not even listed to activate)
Should I buy the license to operate this module?

Really I have not idea why it does not work,
Can be the ioncube, that does not work well the folder / public_html / includes / hooks?

Ok, buy a license premium but still does not work the Hoock. The license is not the problem :-(

Ok, seems to work :xd:

, I was only hours trying to PrestaShop as test scripts, and it seems that this script can not be installed through WHMCS.
In all this says nothing debug in my WHMCS 5.0.3, that did not help.

Does anyone know how to install PrestaShop from WHMCS?

well, now if I could see what happens. In my WHMCS debug reports nothing, but within softaculous_debug.php there an option to create a log file

/ / Write the errors to the file
$ softaculous_conf ['debug_file'] = '/ home / WHMCS / public_html / includes / hooks / error.log';

So we know the errors that are not displayed in WHMCS.

The problem seems to be only with PrestaShop (I could install wordpress and magento successfully), the error is as follows,

Hi,

Please check if your WHMCS server is not blocking the IP of the server where you are installing the script.
Please white-list the IP and try again.

What added to the whitelist, also turn off the firewall and is the same.
The strange thing is installed on an intermittent, sometimes it does well and others do not and so far only happens to me with prestashop
