The installation should be handled via a shell script instead of php... reason is:

Installs which have hardened php such as exec dir patch, prevent commands such as chmod and chown


We also just installed to our directadmin server and has a different user name than "admin" so the script needed to be modified. This should be promoted during script execution.

Which script is causing errors when installed in the regular PHP environment ?
