 I can't access any website webuzo created., FORBIDDEN web warning (1 Replies, Read 10113 times)

I uploaded a simple html file and it says forbidden warning.
I installed a few mail scripts and all give out the same forbidden web warning.
What should I do?

The warning:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access ... on this server.
