Hi.

I have got a suggestion for a new software that Softaculous could add to their library. I would like openSIS to be included in the library as I think it is a very useful software for taking student attendance on the web server.

Please tell me if any of you know to install opensis software on a remote shared server. I am able to install on a local machine but not on the cloud.

OpenSIS is a valuable tool for schools. Setting up on the cloud is quite difficult. Gibbon has the installer, however is not a match for US curriculum schools. If Softaculous made an installer for OpenSIS, it would help a lot of people.

Just wondering if opensis installer would be finished soon. It is good for report cards and transcripts.

Hi,

The package for OpenSIS is ready. However in their latest version there is an issue where users are unable to login. We are able to replicate the same issue in the manual installation of OpenSIS.

We can reported this to the script vendor and they said they will fix it. Once this is fixed we will add the OpenSIS package in Softaculous.
