WordPress Uninstall Issues

WordPress Uninstall Issues, Unable to uninstall - my installations aren't listed. (1 Replies, Read 1524 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	When I go to Control Panel, Softaculous, WordPress, Overview - my two WordPress installations are not listed, and I know the latest one was installed through Softaculous just a few short months ago - located at brynnamorgan dot artisticmeanderings dot com My web host support seems completely clueless - the technician keeps telling me to go to wp-admin and uninstall it from there, which is impossible. I keep explaining to him the steps given by Softaculous aren't working. That particular WordPress installation appears to be corrupt - won't display images and I know for a fact that the permissions are set correctly as I can browse directly to the images themselves. WordPress support at this point suggests uninstalling and reinstalling, which brings me to you. What can I do, or what should I tell my host to do in order to get this fixed? Anything you can pass along would be helpful. Thanks!
