You're right, the databases are empty. Well, some of them are, and some not - which I find very odd.

You probably got shell_exec disabled in that case, which is causing for us the issue as well.

Sir we got the problem and we are working on the fix which will be a part of the 1.8/1.9 version when softaculous codes are completely recoded.

Databases are not being created at all.
The problem in your case is of SSL Port in cPanel being 2083 and not 2082. As per cPanel 127.0.0.1:2082 (which Softaculous uses to create Databases) should work in SSL as well on 2083 as it is being accessed locally.
But its not and so we will be eliminating the use of 127.0.0.1:2082 completely.
