I will be expecting an answer to my ticket.

I demand support actually support me and not only ask for my root password. I will not hand over the root password sorry... no can do', not even for the queen of England.

Please support your product as any other product provider does not only by asking to take over clients system.

Once again thank you to Siddhesh Rele, who worked on my issue at such late hours tonight and was kind enough to explain where I had gone wrong allowing me to do it myself in future.
