 Cpanel, unable to log into Wordpress to alter web page (0 Replies, Read 2492 times)

Hi do you need Cpanel to complete a web page when you are just using it on your computer and not going through a host at this stage?
Also the link of location for contact page from google only comes up with a heap of text and no actual map. Please note I am just trying to learn wordpress and not tech savy.  Web site You tubes do miss steps and even pages on Wordpress are different.  Kind regards.
