Traceroute & ping works fine on gateway on each subnet, but not on the public IPs.

I tried this method, didn't work.
http://www.ducea.com/2006/07/15/linux-tips-how-to-quickly-bind-a-range-of-ips-on-redhat-based-systems/

I created ifcfg-eth0-range1, added below and restarted network. Still can't ping public IPs.

Code
IPADDR_START=xx.xx.98.66
IPADDR_END=xx.xx.98.90
CLONENUM_START=0
The /27 subnets are already assigned to the Ubuntu KVM VM itself.

Even MTR doesn't work

Code
$ mtr --no-dns -rw xx.xx.42.188

Go to C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/enduser/ folder and open index.php

In first line only change "php" to "php-5.5" and save it(If you have selected PHP-7.0).

Now Restart Ampps.]]>

Try this:

sudo killall httpd

sudo /usr/bin/httpd /usr/bin/_httpd

sudo /usr/sbin/httpd /usr/sbin/_httpd

sudo killall httpd

Now Restart Ampps Apache.

Another way is you have to remove default Apache.]]>

<![CDATA[Autostart/service for MongoDB]]> http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=7874&tpg=1#p29903
1) stop mongo if it's started

2) Find your mongo.conf. It's most likely in <ammps-install-directory>\mongodb\mongo.conf

This has the paths that mongo is using for the dbpath and logpath parameters as well as the other options it needs. You need to replicate those on the command line to get it to run as a service in ammps style.

3) run cmd as admistrator, change directory to <ammps-install-directory>\mongodb\bin
and run this command, replacing the parameters for what's in your mongo.conf

mongod --install --dbpath="<config-dbpath>" --logpath="<config-logpath>" --port 27017 --logappend --directoryperdb --rest --journal

4) run services.msc

5) 4) If you get any errors when starting the service, open your log file and see what they are. It's probably some switch that needs to be added. In my case, not having --journal was causing mongo to stop. run mongod --remove to remove the service that you created and repeat step 3 with the new options

6) start mongo and set to automatic start up if it isn't already (it should be)

7) enjoy automatic startup of mongo, yay!

Hi,

It looks like there was a typo in "paper_lantern".

Please execute the following command :
Code
ln -s /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern/softaculous
That worked, Thank You.]]>

<![CDATA[Installing AMPPS-5.6.1 on MacOSX 10.8.5. Help, please?]]> http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=8646&tpg=1#p29901 and want to use it to install and learn Wordpress.

Has been warned that AMPPS could be tricky for a non techie novice like me

and before installing it I need some guidance,please.

Here are my questions:

1. Found different Installation instructions in different sources, for example, one of them tells that I have to install a program called Magento too.
So, what is the latest correct instruction about proper installing AMPPS-5.6.1 on MacOSX 10.8.5.

2. Just in case - how a full uninstall of AMPPS is done on Mac?

Thanks in advance for any competent advises and tips!]]>
