Our VPS inside the node was running fine without any issue but the Virtualizor control panel was not working for something related i think for php build , after that we did open a ticket for our Virtualizor issue, as we provide the login root for the staff (Mukul), after 20 mnts he did shutdown the VPS and ask us to re-install the Virtualizor control panel and compile the Apache... is this okay?
Now our customers VPs are down and we reply to him many times and no one answer us! what should we do now please? and who going to be responsible for this maintenance...??
