Hi peopleinside,

Please check if there is some authentication failure.

>>"relay not permitted"
As the above error occurs if any non-authenticated user tries to send mails

Sorry,
I do not know what you mean as all Client settings are the same, the issue is started only after updating Exim. Now I put back my old Exim configuration and all works fine. I AM pretty sure there are an issue in the update as is the first time that I update Exim than put again my custom Exim conf and I AM unable to send emails. Now I replaced the full configuration file with my old one and all is working. There are issues on the new Exim released by you I think. I see there are a lot of changers also removed text part in the new configuration.

I didn't update EXIM and i have issues with "Relay not permitted", also the Gmail doesn't work if you try to manage your pop/imap or smtp associated with Gmail webmail.

I started digging the problem using google tools and i have found the SPF or DKIM isn't configured, but in fact the SPF and DKIM exists in my DNS records, i used the same SPF and DKIM keys of the main domain which isn't perfect but works better if it doesn't have any records.

Also in Cpanel when i park a domain name it will create the SPF and DKIM Records, in Webuzo it doesn't create this records for the parked domains. How can i generate SPF and DKIM keys for the parked domains because i have a network and i have to park the domain names to map them. It would be very useful if parked domains have SPF and DKIM option to generate this records in Webuzo.

Hi, seems you have the same issue as this topic and customer:
http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=10341&title=SMTP_connect()_failed.

Seems this is a common issue and should fixed, checked by Webuzo.

Maybe remove and reinstall Exim is the first step to do BUT before do this backup your actually Exim configuration.

After you have to see if with the last Exim the issue persist, if persist maybe I suggest to open a ticket https://www.softaculous.com/support/

I AM sorry for the delay on identifying this issue but now I can see is present on two different customer.

I think a part of Exim.conf can be missed in Exim and this made the SMTP authentication problematic so you have replay not permitted if you try to send an email to an external email address.

Seems no error if you send an email to your internal domain... this was in the fist customer I followed after all my edits for make SSL work in email.
