Topic : Joomla 1.5 install problems

When I install Joomla 1.5, the security groups doesn't get added, so I can't add users. Please fix this ASAP.

There is a User Manager:

I could add users as well.
Please let me know the URL as I couldnt figure out the :
Joomla Administrator > Configuration > Users

Hi Alons, I'll send you contact details to our server, as it may be a problem on the server itself -but I find it strange that the users, demo content, etc are all there, except for the user groups.
