 Backup not working, TomatoCart backup (9 Replies, Read 4642 times)

Hi,

Have a customer that is trying to backup his TomatoCart installation and he's getting this error:

The following errors were found :
           
  • The backup utility could not back up the files.
Why? Is there any place we can see what the errors are?

    1


    Version
    1.1.4


    Installation Time
    July 12, 2011, 11:39 pm

Sir, its happening because of a PERMISSION problem in TomatoCart.
I will give you a detailed report once we debug it.

I have this problem as well. But with one Joomla 1.7 and one 1.6. I guess it isn't the same solution?

The sites a pretty big.
