The server is running cPanel & WHM, and under the plugins section "Softaculous - Instant Installs" it displays the following error message:

"Your license is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software."

My license is active (premium), and recently renewed.

IP: 213.5.176.100

Is there a way to get the server to check to see if the license is valid?

Hi,

Your license is renewed and is waiting for the cron to update. The cron runs once every 24 hours. You may run the cron command:
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

Please will you provide me with a little more information on how exactly to run a cron command manually. I'm using cPanel/WHM

Hi,

SSH to your server as root and then run the following command in PuTTY:
Code
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php
