I'm stuck! :-(

I want to install Wordpress to my site but there's no option to install it.
I'm just getting the info on it.

realize I have to upgrade to the premium which I've now done and the Wordpress script won't load.
I'm getting a red cross when updating the software in whm.

getting this message when clicking on the wordpress icon in cpanel : The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

Hi,

Please execute the following Command this will download all the packages and then you can install WordPress without any issues:
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

where do I do that from? WHM or cpanel?
