 Trying to buy but having problems (3 Replies, Read 9597 times)

i am currently using softaculous free, and i decided to upgrade for the vps 1.5 dollars a month.

"The IP address(s) - ip - are already assigned to a Free /
Premium Softaculous License. If its your Free license IP then first Add the License in your My License Page."

so then i go to "my license" page and try to add the license but then it says this

"The following errors occured :
           
  • The License Key you submitted was not found in our Database."
trying to renew doesnt help either...

any way to fix this guys?

When adding the License, please give the license key and not the IP address.

yes, i was trying to buy a license key, but it says that my site is already using a free license. and it refers me to go to the my license page.... which doesnt seem to send me anywhere but a dead end.
