softaculous v/s webuzo

our app is hosted on Rackspace cloud since 8 months
we are currently planning for host our own servers and also we are thinking about allow others to host their apps (vps,cloud,shared linux hosting) Provide some Details of these two products and any Suggestions welcome

16GB RAM
2TB Hard Drive

OS: Centos + KVM Virtualizor

on this computer, I have two VPS,

1. Cpanel Vps: 2GB Ram, 2 Cores, 200GB
Two. Windows Vps: 1GB RAM, 1core, 500GB

the problem is that when I run any software installation or uninstallation on Windows, affected the Load Average, as shown in the photos.

this is normal? taking into account that it is not rush hour.

I tried a few other apps there too and they installed & ran fine.

Of course the one I use most & wish would work is Extplorer, and it remains broken.

I notice Softaculous has loads of CMSs it installs, but only a single site-builder app (Soholaunch) - and it is a stinker.
It would be great if there was another, better option for a non-CMS site builder program to install...

I just tested both the scripts AjaXplorer and eXtplorer on Remote Softaculous and both worked fine.
