Perhaps the "ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVEL" is caused because the vhost file does not use uppercase letters and so the home directory for the user "Test" would be "test", unless there's another username of "test" (H-Sphere allows for a username of "test" and a username of "Test"), then the home directory for "Test" would be "test0".

Also, usernames for H-Sphere are entered in the passwd file using all lowercase characters.

Just a thought...

For example, if the CP login is "Test", Softaculous will throw the
error. The username of "Test" is entered in the passwd file as "test".

Changing the username in the passwd file to match the case of the
username of the H-Sphere account did the trick as far as the error goes,
but if you remove the account from hsphere the modified username is not
deleted from the passwd file, nor are the site files, so this is not an
ideal work around.

I had to change other things to match the case to get it all working,
but it's all related to uppercase characters in the H-Sphere
account/username and this should be addressed.

Hi,

This bug was caused because of a different unix username and the actual username.
The parallels team added an API in 3.5 and we added the new API in Softaculous 3.3 itself.
