In regards to the Webuzo ACL, you had to check whether the same is disabled. If you enable Webuzo ACL, then only root user will be able to login into the Admin Panel.

Problem is apache is not reading changes made in php files. I open php.ini and confing files, disabled zend and cache where ever I found it, but still no luck. I know changes are made because on my remote server everything works and I can see them.
Browser is not the problem. I cleared cache, and I see new page, its the shortcodes that are not processed.

Any suggestions?

Can you check whether the Webuzo ACL has been enabled on your server. You will find the above setting at Webuzo Admin Panel -> Settings -> Webuzo ACL.

The Webuzo Team has released Webuzo 2.4.4. This version introduces some minor improvements and fixes.
The following is a list of all changes :

1) [Feature] For ease of use, we have added a home button in the upper right menu.

2) [Feature] Button added to refresh backup logs without the need to reload the page.

3) [Task] Improved the status checking ability of System Application in the Services page.

4) [Fix] Restoring a script from a previous backup resulted in error in v2.4.3. This is now fixed.


We have also pushed a few updates for the System Apps. We hope you like this version of Webuzo.
