I am moving servers from a VPS to a dedicated. I have already purchased a licence for one year for the dedicated server and have everything set up. The problem is that when I imported all the accounts from the VPS server to the new dedicated, Softaculous is no longer able to recognize installations which it has performed in the past under a different licence.

Is there any way for us to force it to recognize or are the clients simply stuck now?

Do you need to import installations?

well essentially customer who have previously installed items using Softaculous will want to manage them through their control panels as previous. The issue is that when running the import script, through the softaculous page, no previous installations are found.

EG..

1. Customer installed WordPress through the Softaculous software on the VPS server.
2. We move to the dedicated server and also use Softaculous.
3. We import all the users data from CP to CP ( both using interworx ) via SSH.
4. We run the import script in Softaculous and find no installations.

Well, what I find is now odd is that softaculous is not showing any imports being done, but client side is showing all the customers installations. I am chalking this up to self-resolved on import perhaps..  I simply thought there was more to it.
