Topic : Disk space problem installing apps from softaculous

Hello,

I have tried to install some applications from softaculous, but when I click install ig throws the error "You don't have sufficient space for the installation" even though I have more enough space.

I am not sure that which space is Softac talking about.

Help !

Hi,

Softaculous checks the disk space available for the user. If the required space is greater than the space available for the user then Softaculous will throw this error.

If you still face the error please open a support ticket with the test account details we will check it and resolve the issue.

The user has over 1GB of space / quota free. I have submitted a ticket.

We're using h-sphere. Oh I tried installing wordpress on the same server but a different account and it worked. It seems to only fail on one particular user.

Hi,

Sir for some reason H-Sphere is not returning the correct disk space usage of the user. We have emailed the H-Sphere team regarding this issue. We will get this fixed asap. We will provide the patch once it is resolved.

Solution to this problem (on H-Sphere control panel): Reset the "Summary Disk Quota" from the end user hsphere control panel.
