Hi,

You will have to 1st check whether the SPF, DMARC & DKIM (i.e. the mail validation records) are set for your domain or not.

If you want the emails to not go to the spam folders you will have to set the SPF, DMARC & DKIM (the mail validation records) in your DNS. You can set the same from the Webuzo End-User Panel -> Domain -> DNS Zone Settings.

Likewise, you can also add the mail validation records when adding the domain via Webuzo Panel. When adding the domain, you will have to select "Mail Validation records" checkbox to add it for the domain.

If your existing domain does not contains these records you can add the same by editing the domain from the Webuzo End-User Panel -> Domain -> Manage Domains.

If you are managing your DNS externally than you will have to replicate the above mail validation records from Webuzo to your external DNS.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further information. We will be happy to help you.

Hi,

Is your DNS managed via OVH or are you using Webuzo DNS for your domains?
