I was trying to install Zend, and got this:

Required PHP version greater than equal to 5.4.0 AND found version is :
Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_intl.dll' - The specified procedure could not be
found. in Unknown on line 0Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic
library 'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_interbase.dll' - The specified module
could not be found. in Unknown on line 0Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to
load dynamic library 'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_pdo_firebird.dll' - The
specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0Warning: PHP
Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_pdo_oci.dll' - The specified module could not be
found. in Unknown on line 0Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic
library 'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_sybase_ct.dll' - The specified module
could not be found. in Unknown on line 0Warning: PHP Startup: Invalid
library (appears to be a Zend Extension, try loading using
zend_extension=php_opcache.dll from php.ini) in Unknown on line
0Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'C:/Ampps/php/ext\php_oci8_12c.dll' - The specified module could not be
found. in Unknown on line 05.6.11

This also happens with a few others (including Laravel, will tells me it will NOT work with Windows/Ampps...even though I got it working once before.

Stupid...

This particular computer was recently "refreshed", so I know nothing is broken (beyond normal) with this installation. Yet, somehow AMPPS tells me there is??

I have PHP 5.6 activated, all available extensions are selected, and yet that message above acts as if they aren't!

Windows 7 Ultimate (yes, legal). AMPPS is installed to the root directory.

And, guys - where the he** are ioncube and zend? Shouldn't those basic frameworks be pre-installed?

extension=php_pdo_firebird.dll
extension=php_pdo_oci.dll
extension=php_sybase_ct.dll

Yes, this worked! Basically, a reset of the file. Always something simple, right?

Thank you.
