 Install failled? or not..., Can't see any result after install process. (12 Replies, Read 2125 times)

Hi, I just configured a new dedicated server for a hosting service use.
Before that I was on a reseller plan on a shared hosting server.
I never used a dedicated server before and i'm currently learning how to do.
My server is a Linux CentOs with Plesk Panel 11. It actually runs Presence builder.
I want to install Softaculous and make it available for all customer.
So I followed step by step the Softaculous tutorial without any error message.
But I can't see any change on my admin Plesk panel.

Could anyone help me?

Hi,

Was the installation complete ? Did you get a message stating Congratulations, Softaculous is installed ?

Please try installing Posix :
Code
yum install php-posix


and then try to install Softaculous.

Hi,

It looks like POSIX is not installed on your server.

Please execute the following command to install posix and then install Softaculous :
yum install php-posix

Yesss! it's ok softaculous is installed.
Posix was missing. Thank you Brijesh.
But now when I click Softaculous I have this: ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVEL

???WTF???

Hi,

Have you created any user or domain in your Plesk panel ? Try creating adding a domain and then access Softaculous.

I already have 5 account created with 6 domains.
May I create a new one to solve this problem?

The existing ones should work.

I saw that logged in user, Softaculous works fine.
Logged in Admin, in user panel, Sofatculous doesn't work.
In Admin panel, link on the left column doesn't work but custom button works.

Softaculous seems to be working fine.

Please try clearing cache and try again. Let us know if you still face the issue.
