What do I need to do to fix?  Tried searching for a solution and couldn't find one.

Hi,

Use sudo before the program as running apache on port 80 needs admin privileges.

Also it seems Port 443 is used by some Application.

Use your Network Utility of Mac to find that Application. Disable that application and try starting Apache again.
