 Getting: Could not SAVE latest file......Continuing, Errors when bought license (9 Replies, Read 4986 times)

I installed the free version then purchased a license to unlock the other scripts.

When I select them all to update I get this error on a number of the scripts:
Software not found.....Needs Update
Deleting previous files......
Fetching Latest File......Could not SAVE latest file......Continuing

Hi,

We have added new Mirrors yesterday so you should not face this issue anymore. The CRON should download the packages and if it does not please let us know we will definitely check it.

Hello -

I am having this same issue. Less than half of the packages are able to be installed, even on the second attempt after upgrading my free license to a premium VPS 1-year.

Any suggestions?

Sir it should not need multiple attempts. It should download everything at the first attempt.

I'm having the same issue. Software update from the softaculous web interface shows "Fetching Latest File......Could not SAVE latest file......Continuing" and the corresponding files downloaded in /var/softaculous/xxx have a size of zero. After multiple attemps at updating the software through Softaculous web interface, it would eventually work for all packages.

How do we fix this issue? How does softaculous create and update files in directories owned by root?

Sir, could you open a ticket with the server details ?
All mirrors are up and running now and are not having any load. We now have an infrastucture to handle servers with ease.

Was this a new server installation you did ?

Hello

I have jsut upgraded to premium license and am not able to install some scripts.. Most scripts in /var/softaculous/ are 0 bytes.

Also attempting to install worpdress script but not possible to install.

Sir please try to execute the CRON command now. It should work.

There were some issues with your license.
