Cant connect to database using 1.7

Cant connect to database using 1.7, #1130 - Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server (4 Replies, Read 4474 times)

But after that I got error like "#1130 - Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" when I run phpAdmin or try to connect to database by other methods like CLI. I didn't change any configuration. And only one user in database: root/mysql. Please help me out. Thanks.
