i installed ampps in ubuntu server ( only command line, no GUI) how do i start and control/manage ampps. the ampps wiki contains installation procedure for GUI Linux only. thanks in advance

You can use Webuzo, which can be installed on the command line as well

AMPPS in well suited for local development on GUI interface.
