Hi,
is normal that email not send by SMTP goes into SPAM.
You need configure email to use SMTP but this will be so complicated in Webuzo as from what I know.
See the topic: http://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?tid=10341&title=SMTP_connect()_failed.

I spent more than a full day for solve email certificate and connection issues.
I cannot assist you on this, you have to ask support at Webuzo Team. If you are a premium user you can open a ticket, if you are free I suggest to wait here a reply from Webuzo... your question should be: how I can setup SMTP to work?

I think as you have not valid certificate for email (as have a valid certificate for email need a complex change in your dovecot, exim, php configuration) you will have issue on use SMTP of your email but if you do not send email with SMTP and email well configured your email will going into SPAM.

So you can check your score and if you are blacklisted here:

First Test: SPAM SCORE
(You have free three test every 24 hours)
the website is: https://www.mail-tester.com/
and you need send an email from the address you want test. This will test your email SPAM score.

Second Test blacklist
https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

I suppose from your reply that your server has been blacklisted, however what I told still be valid -> mail sent without SMTP can goes more easily into SPAM

wapumts,

I AM happy to help you but please do not create a topic message for each row. In just some minutes you write three post with less than 5 words.

Also, I AM happy to help you but if you are new on Webuzo try to learn by yourself by navigating into the menu, the panel etc.

If you do not have already Webuzo installed you can see a demo here:
http://demo.webuzo.com/

If you need to learn on use Webuzo just read all Wiki here: http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Main_Page

Now I will be busy with other thing to do in my days.
Wish you a nice time and hear you :)
