Hi gents.

I tried to install a SSL certificate that I apparently received after using the button "Let's Encrypt" in Webuzo's Panel.

But in the "Install Certificate" option, the domain I'm using for webuzo doesn't apperar in the drop down menu.

After clicking FETCH, it says to try installing manually by pasting KEYS and CERTS in the boxes below, but in the Lets's Encryp logs there is only the CERT part in plain text......

My question is:  where do I find the KEY?  Or, how do I get my SSL certificate installed?

Cheers

You can refer to our guide here for installing certificate using our Lets Encrypt utility:
http://webuzo.com/wiki/Lets_Encrypt

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help you.

Hi,
if you are trying to install a Let's Encrypt certificate generated directly from Webuzo you do not have to go on Certificate and you have to not use FETCH function.

Seems you are in the wrong place.
You should have your domain listed in Let's Encrypt section. If the domain is not listed, do you see listed in Manage Domains of Webuzo? If the reply is yes maybe you have a Panel Issue and this should be assisted from Webuzo Team.

Normally you should be able to install Let's Encrypt certificate from Let's Encypt section by selecting the domain.
