Greetings,

I am trying to set up Zoho mail, which provides a decent free email service. But I am stuck on the MX Records...

Here is the instructions:
Configure Email Delivery - Start receiving emails

You need to configure the MX records of your domain in the DNS hosting provider (DNS Manager) to start receiving email to the users and groups created. You change the email service provider of the domain, only after this critical step.

MX Records (Mail eXchange) are the special entries in DNS that designate the email-receiving server of your domain. Ensure that you have created the required user accounts and group accounts, before changing the MX.

The MX Records of Zoho are:
Host Name    Address    Priority
@    mx.zoho.com    10
@    mx2.zoho.com    20
You must remove (delete) any other MX records other than the above 2 records. In case you have previous providers MX records, then you may not receive emails in Zoho. You can check the MX Records of your domain in www.mxtoolbox.com a third party DNS lookup application.

Well, I've done what I could find, but the mxtoolbox shows no mx records? I can send email with my zoho account, but I can't receive email.

Here's some screenies of my MX Records page.... (attached)

So, can someone tell me where I'm going wrong or give me some information on what to do?

Thanks, in advance.

Hi,
your domain is registered at the same company of the hosting or to a different company?

What name server are you using, I can see your Name Server... you should know if DNS are managed in Webuzo or if you have a DNS panel where you have the domain, where your Name Server is pointing to.

I suppose your DNS are not managed by Webuzo in your case.
Here there are your existing DNS
https://who.is/dns/legendsofnorova.net

so you need maybe add MX record in the correct DNS position... maybe is not inside Webuzo in your case.
