We were in contact with the Bug Genie team and they had agreed to provide us with an updated package and we have not received it yet. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Hi again. Not sure if this is the correct place to ask these two questions: 1. Can you upgrade a 3.2.7.1 version to 4.1.0? 2. I installed a fresh 4.1.0 on a test area, same host as my V.3.2.7.1 and I am getting a error 403 - says it cannot read .htaccess - "denying access to be safe" - my .htaccess didn't exist, I added it and made it blank, same error - added some generic basic .htaccess stuff and I still get the same error. Is there anyway to find out why this is happening - and is it happening to anyone else?

I've been waiting for this for 1 year. Is this (current?) limitation imposed by The Bug Genie or Softaculous? By current I mean do The Bug Genie or Softaculous mean to open up migration/upgrading in the future?
