Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 14 Status:	Hi I read about this new AutoInstaller on WHT and i found it great. Especially you find it it is FREE!!! I installed it on 2 of my servers. On one server, i am running a personal site with username "su****" But in Softaculous, it shows as "su****.M1ScussBtpoeR6uJ7wSYPX6FQriyLdfP" There is addition of ".M1ScussBtpoeR6uJ7wSYPX6FQriyLdfP" Dont know what is wrong since all installations fail

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 14 Status:	It is username "su***" only You have the Login details right and you can see it is only "su****" I indeed changed the Username, back and forth before opening a thread here. Without any luck though. One more thing, cPanel doesnt even allow Username longer than "8 characters"

You have the Login details and it is only su**** 2. cPanel Username cannot be longer than 8character The Installatron i have on that server seems to be working. Maybe you can find a alternate way of doing Installations or getting username ?
