Softaculous not working.

Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

1. I have installed ioncube loader and its working very well, ( v 4.0.7). I have whmcs installed, and that works with the help of ioncube loader.

This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2009 Zend Technologies
    with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.0.7, Copyright (c) 2002-2011, by ionCube Ltd


2. I have did /scripts/makecpphp
3.I have restarted apache, restarted server, everything.

Now still the softaculous shows this error... Can any one tel me how to solve? I have searched a lot and I got no way but to post here. Help me...

Go to WHM -> Tweak Settings -> Enable ioncube in PHP

Ah,,I forgot to mention that. Its already set to ioncube..
