 No access to localhost after adding a second domain (11 Replies, Read 3293 times)

Hello,

i have add a second domain, and now i have no access to localhost. There is only a blank Page. "This Page can not be displayed"

Anyone an idea, what i can do now?

I cant start the apache server. Only the mysql database starts.

Hi,

Can you attach the file path\to\Ampps\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf in the next post(please attach the file, instead of pasting the whole code). Replace path\to with the correct PATH of AMPPS ?

Also on which OS are you using AMPPS ?

Hi,

Can you run the following command in command prompt and let us know the error:
Code
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\apache\bin\httpd.exe"


Note : Don't forget the double quotes.

Hi,

This bug has been fixed.
Please run cron(http://www.ampps.com/wiki/Category:FAQs#Cron_Command) or update Softaculous AMPPS from Admin Panel.

Hi,

i have run the cron. After that, i have restart the comuter.
But Apache dont start.
The Admin Panel, the localhost, and the Ampps Home are not reachable.
Only the AMPPS Control Center is visible and the MYSQL Database is running.

Hi,

Just for one time comment the following line in AMPPS Applications -> Apache Tab -> Configuration :
Code
LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so


after commenting, it should look like :

#LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so


Save the file and Start Apache. You can add a Domain then. It will rebuild the host file. That should fix the bug and then you can uncomment that line and restart Apache.
