Good day

I get the following error when trying to update scripts
Fetching Latest File......Could not SAVE latest file......Continuing

Alos, i have noted that most files in var/softaculous/ are 0 bytes.

I have tried to run update settings from whm with zero success.

Are there issues with the mirrors ?

Hi,

Is Firewall enabled on your server ?
Please allow the following IPs :
api.softaculous.com (IP : 216.18.221.243)
s1.softaculous.com (IP : 108.61.84.171)
s2.softaculous.com (IP : 23.29.77.179)
s3.softaculous.com (IP : 142.4.49.46)
s4.softaculous.com (IP : 188.138.10.177)

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us with the root details of the server we will resolve the issue asap.
