I don't know if this is possible but it just popped out of my mind. Would Softaculous provide installers for cpanel skins that can be used in Branding Editor of cpanel?

Are you suggesting to make a cPanel Theme ?
We ar working on a admin side installer which will enable installation of popular cpanel themes

Yes. cPanel by default comes with custom skins for branding. It would be perfect if Softaculous can add more
