eyeOS Install error

eyeOS Install error, The installation package could not be found (0 Replies, Read 12647 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hello. I have just upgraded from the free version. When I try to install eyeOS I get the following error: The installation package could not be found What I have already tried: I have gone to WHM>Plugins>Softaculous>Software to make sure that eyeOS is checked (it is), and I have also run "update settings", which means that this should be working fine, but it's not (same error message). I have checked to see if the software folder exists in var/ softaculous/ eyeos and it is there (there is also a zipped file for eyeos, but no zipped file for any other software?) Now I am lost. I found another forum topic with the same issue with wordpress & apparently re-naming the folder worked (from wordpress to wp). If this is the case, please tell me what I should re-name the eyeos folder. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
